Objective: Communications & consultancy firm wanted to increase its services by offering end clients the opportunity to perform online research. In this case, feedback on certain policy changes needed to be digitally collected through email surveys. Our customer would still be responsible for data analysis and reporting.
Challenge: Our customer did not have the technical expertise and was therefore looking for a reliable and affordable supplier. People on the end client’s members list were to receive a personalised email. The email needed to contain a unique link to the survey to prevent respondents from filling the survey in more than once.
Solution: Within 48 hours, ActiveReaction digitised the survey, created unique codes for each recipient and used the client’s database to send personalised emails to all recipients in the name of the end client. At a time previously agreed on, our customer received all results in raw SPSS™ files, which they were able to interpret further.
