| Objective: | Our customer wanted to do research among guests who’d previously booked with the company in order to measure their level of satisfaction during their stay. The client hoped that the outcome would help decision makers to tailor company policy and marketing activities towards making certain areas in low seasons more profitable. |
| Challenge: | The extensive survey (including pictures) had to be deployed in three different languages (Dutch, French and German) using our client’s email database within a week. All results had to be presented in 'cross tab splits' per individual country. |
| Solution: | After the digital survey was finalised in Dutch, ActiveReaction asked their affiliate Fasttranslator.com to translate the survey texts into French and German. During this process, ActiveReaction took care of all communication with the translation agency. When the approved translations were received, they were imported into the survey generator. All of this within 36 hours. Finally, ActiveReaction sent the survey via email and delivered the required cross tabs on time, after which our client was able to adjust its seasonal strategy. |
