• Raw data
  Questions are located in columns and answers in rows; each row represents one case. This format is particularly useful as a starting point from where you can generate cross tabs on individual variables. This format also enables you to easily scan all answers to open questions. Example.
• Pie charts
  One single mouse click retrieves all closed questions in clear pie charts, annotated with absolute figures and percentages. These charts can easily be exported to printer-friendly Microsoft Word™ documents for your presentations. Example.
• Pivot tables
  This format shows all questions and related answer options in the first and second columns. The third column displays the total for each answer option. Example.
